The 8 mini frames arrive empty – you decide which moments move in. The frames come in different shapes and are about 1–3 in (3–7 cm) in size. The easiest way is to print your photos in a small format at home or at a photo store and trim them to fit. You can swap them anytime.

Not hard at all. Everything arrives ready to assemble, and most people are done in about 30 minutes. All you need is a pair of scissors to trim your photos – no experience or crafting talent required.
